Shipping and Handling

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) following the acceptance of our shipping regulations (noted in the Shipping Info tab). You must be home to receive package for our LAG to be accepted.

If an issue, though rare, may arise you MUST notify us within 1 hour of delivery. (FEDEX provides delivery time stamps). We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. We will do everything in our power to ensure the safest possible live arrival of all Isopoda pets. 

Photographic evidence may be requested in some cases for refunds or replacements. Please be aware of what you are purchasing,  do the proper research, and ask us any questions. Pictures of listings are representations of the isopods. Most photos on this site are our intellectual property and cannot be used on other media without our permission.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations on orders that have not been shipped. Payments must be made on our secure website for your protection and ours. We do not offer payment plans for auctions wins.

The information we gather will not be shared with any third party without prior notice first. 

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

The information is used to enhance the visitor's experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive.
